The staff were very helpful, great to check in early and providing excellent service. The hotel's location near the MRT made it convenient for exploring Singapore. The lobby was clean and the atmosphere cool. The cleaning staff and door attendant were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. There are also plenty of eateries in the area for convenience. the staff at the hotel are polite and accommodating, providing a warm welcome to guests upon arrival.
Some guests mentioned that the rooms are small and lack space to walk around comfortably.

We loved the friendly and accommodating staff who really went out of their way to help us. The hotel's location near Rochor Station made it easy to access popular areas like Chinatown and Clarke Quay. Plus, iconic sights such as Little India and The Bugis Mall were just a short walk away. As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the excellent and affordable airport connection via MRT, as well as the small pool for refreshing ourselves from the heat. There was even a convenient food place right outside the hotel, and in-room amenities like a safe and refrigerator were a nice touch.
Felt right at home here, no complaints whatsoever.

Excellent staff assistance with taxis and local attractions. Convenient location near MRT and restaurants. Allowed us to stay in the lobby and use the pool after check-out. I'll recommend this hotel.

Convenient location for exploring cultural areas, including Arab quarter, little India, and Chinese markets. Provided connecting rooms for families with small children. Helpful and welcoming staff. Close proximity to Sim Lim Square for shopping needs. Well-equipped rooms with amenities like a DVD player, TV, and safe.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! It is conveniently located close to a subway station, making it easy for me to travel around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was small but had a great view and was very clean. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and pillows, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The hotel also has an amazing swimming pool which I enjoyed. this place provides excellent service and enhanced comfort.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
